PAYMENT POLICY

Current payment methods include PayPal, Personal Check and Money Orders.
Please Allow 7 business days for your personal check to clear the banking institutions.
You may cancel your order excluding Special Orders, at any time prior to the shipping date
of your purchase.  Please view the Special Orders policy.

SHIPPING POLICY

Your purchase will be shipped FedEx insured ground.  The tracking number will be emailed to
you.   Your purchase price includes shipping, handling and insurance costs.  In the event that your
purchase arrives in a damaged condition, please notify me IMMEDIATELY.  Save all packing materials
and related paperwork.

SPECIAL ORDERS

The items shown in the Special Order galleries are just renderings.  Actual cuttings include matting,
black felt backing, glazing, custom made oak frame; hanging hardware attached and engraved brass
plate with the title of the art.
All orders from the Special Order galleries require a 30% non-refundable deposit before I cut your order.
I will notify you approximately one week prior to the completion of your purchase.  The balance of your purchase price will then be due

REFUND POLICY

If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 5 days of the arrival date.  This applies to Special Orders as well.  All returned art must be returned with adequate insurance coverage, properly packaged and in the same condition as it was when received.  Since shipping, handling and insurance costs are included in the purchase price, upon receipt of your returned purchase, those costs will be deducted from your refund payment.  Actual shipping and insurance costs will be provided upon request.
